PRICE INCLUDES:
- Departure and return Grand central Airport
- Flight To Ditholo Safari Lodge and return to Grand Central Airport
- Pilot fees included for up to 48 hours
- 14% VAT included
- All flight transfers subject to terms and conditions
PRICE EXCLUDES:
- Pilot accommodation and meal costs
WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS:
- Helicopters are also space limited and we might restrict luggage/parcels on board. Pilot’s discretion is final.
- Maximum weight per seat in Robinson 44 is 120kg and/or an average of 90kg across the 3 seats or pilot’s discretion.
- Maximum weight per seat in Bell 206 Long ranger (LR) is 140kg and/or an average of 80kg across the 5 seats or pilot’s discretion.
- Luggage recommendation to not exceed 10kg per person packed in tog bag or on-board flight cabin size travel bag.

Rates are subject to change without prior notice and cannot be guaranteed until payment for the flight has been received.
Flights to be paid in advance.
20% cancellation fee will be charged if the flight is cancelled later than 12 hours before scheduled take-off time.
Client will be charged an additional fee if they need to upgrade to a larger helicopter, due to weight limitations.
All flights and/or routes weather permitting.
Refunds where agreed, are subject to a 10% administration fee.
Departures from other airports available on request and subject to relevant price adjustments.
